I’m really excited about this upcoming fundraiser good friend James Fox organized for The Friends of the Somerville Public Library with guest speaker Rohan Anderson (the man behind the famed book and blog Whole Larder Love). Anderson will share some details and stories about his methods of sustainable eating back home in Australia; forage, gather, grow, and hunt.
The event will take place on Monday, June 17 at Fringe, 9 Olive Square, Somerville MA from 7-9pm. But plan on coming early for some social chit chat and snacks from Flatbread Co. pizza and Island Creek Oysters. The event sponsor Barbour will also be onsite to present their 2013 line.
Tickets start at just $15, but if you really want some bang for your buck reserve your ticket and purchase chipboard poster of the illustration I did for Rohan’s book. The posters will be printed by Mike Dacey of Repeat Press, also the man behind Fringe http://igg.me/at/wholelarderlove.
