Japanese clothing line Noun has branched out into handbags under the name of Bag’n'Noun. Noun’s designer Takeshi Ozawa takes inspiration from European workwear for his apparel. For his handbags he wanted to create pieces that were just fun to carry versus being too utilitarian. With durable materials in vibrant hues and only the necessary amount of pockets and gizmoos, these bags are easy and, just as Takeshi plotted, fun to carry. The price points are something to smile about too with most pieces coming in under roughly $150. I’m partial to the Canvas Tool Bag #11 in yellow with teal handles and shoulder straps.
