Fanny Bostrom’s artwork is infectiously playful and always makes me feel inquisitive and cheerful. Needless to say I was thrilled when I read on her blog that she has finished her capsule collection Folki, which will be sold at Anthrologie (online and at their accessories store in D.C.). From canvas bags with whimsical patchwork “faces” to adorable beaded pincushion brooches and crocheted necklaces, this collection will surely bring the fun back into your daily wardrobe.
When it comes to having great style as a couple, Bill and Fanny have nailed it. For me, this picture of them completely embodies style in the North East. Comfort, tried and true items and a dash of whimsy. I especially love Fanny’s dungarees as I’ve been hunting for the perfect pair for a while now (hers are from Steven Alan). And of course the best part of this photo is that it’s of the couple at their wedding in City Hall in New York. Classic.
